2. Eligibility Requirements

2.3 Prohibited Persons

3. Account Registration and Security

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with ojbet. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any wagers placed through duplicate accounts, and confiscate any winnings. Legitimate exceptions (such as technical errors resulting in duplicate account creation) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 Account Verification and KYC

ojbet is required to verify the identity of all users in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to provide government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, or Philippine national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and payment method verification (copy of credit card, bank account statement). Failure to complete verification when requested may result in restrictions on withdrawals, account suspension, or closure.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

Closed accounts may be reopened only at ojbet's discretion following a written request and re-verification of identity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

5.4 Bonus Cancellation

Active bonuses may be cancelled at any time by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited, and your balance will revert to the amount of your real money deposits minus any wagers already placed.

6. Betting Rules and Game Terms

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting is governed by the official rules of each sport and league. In the event of conflicting information between our platform and official sources, official league results take precedence. Postponed or suspended events will be treated according to sport-specific rules detailed in our Sports Betting Rules page. Bets on cancelled events are typically voided and stakes returned, unless significant play has occurred as defined by each sport's rules.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealers. Game outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Specific rules for each game (slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, etc.) are available within the game interface or our Game Rules section. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.3 Live Sabong

Sabong betting follows the official rules of the hosting arena. Bets are final once accepted by our system before the start of each fight. In cases of technical difficulties, cancelled fights, or inconclusive outcomes ("draw"), bets are handled according to our Sabong Betting Rules. We rely on official arena results; disputes regarding fight outcomes must be directed to the hosting arena.

6.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, event, and account status. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time, refuse bets, or limit bet sizes on specific events or markets. High-stakes players may request increased limits by contacting VIP support.

6.5 Voided Bets and Disputes

ojbet reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors (incorrect odds, incorrect event information, technical malfunctions), suspected fraud or collusion, rule violations, or regulatory requirements. Disputes regarding bet settlement should be submitted to customer support within seven (7) days of the event conclusion. 7. Prohibited Activities and User Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantages;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities;

• Sharing account credentials or allowing third-party access to your account;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities;

7.2 Consequences of Violations

Violations of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds and winnings, withholding of withdrawals pending investigation, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities, and legal action to recover damages. ojbet's determination of violations is final unless successfully challenged through formal dispute resolution.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Ownership

All content on the ojbet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, trademarks, and service marks, is the property of ojbet or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ojbet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. 9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ojbet SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ojbet'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS YOU MADE TO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR PHP 10,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ojbet, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by ojbet

ojbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, regulatory requirements, or business reasons. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to your breach of these Terms.

10.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

10.3 Withdrawal of Funds Upon Termination

If your account is closed and you have not violated these Terms, you will be permitted to withdraw any remaining balance, subject to completion of verification and wagering requirements. If your account is terminated for cause (violations, fraud, etc.), ojbet may withhold funds pending investigation and resolution of any outstanding issues.
